Our Staff

Laura was born and raised in Southern Wisconsin. She is married with two children and two grandchildren. Laura joined West Lawn Memorial Park in January of 1997 and is an Office Manager. She also assists in a beautification project outside in the cemetery. Laura is a member of the Racine Area Manufacturing Association and the American Business Women’s Association Racine Chapter.

I have been in the cemetery service industry for over 15 years. I have lived in Wisconsin my entire life, with the majority of it spent in Racine, Green Bay and Milwaukee. I am blessed with a beautiful daughter. My favorite part of what I do is to exceed our families expectations. I look forward to the opportunity to meet all of our families personally and reconnect with those that I have met in the past.

I began my career at Wisconsin Memorial Park in February of 2009. Previous to that, I attended Ohio University where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications. I started my employment as a Family Service Counselor guiding families with pre-planning along with assisting families when a death occurred.

Steve began his career with The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread where he developed his love of working outdoors, which then led him to West Lawn Memorial Park in June 2003 as a seasonal grounds crew employee. In November of that same year he became a full-time employee and in June 2006 was named to his current position of Grounds Superintendent.

After more than 20 years in publishing, Barbara Mayfield joined West Lawn Memorial Park in February 1997. She has assisted many families with preneed and at need arrangements while working in Family Service. Currently the Manager of Community & Family Services, Barbara also volunteers for a hospice organization when time permits.
